Platform Usage:

These terms and conditions represent an official agreement between the service provider and the service requester. The website serves as an electronic platform that offers certificate and document design services, as well as document delivery to beneficiaries via email. The service requester can subscribe to the platform and request available products, including but not limited to academic certificates, professional certificates, and any other documents provided on the platform.

The platform offers several ready-made designs that the service requester can choose from, fill in the beneficiary’s information, select the certificate type and delivery method, and submit a request for document issuance. The service provider then sends the documents to the beneficiaries. The platform’s role is solely to execute the document issuance request submitted by the service requester and send it to the beneficiary, without the beneficiary being a party to the agreement.

The service requester understands that by initiating the registration process, they agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the platform’s privacy policy and data usage for service execution and quality monitoring. Definitions:

Unless otherwise stated by context, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

Subscription: Creating an account for the service requester to benefit from the platform’s services.
Services: All services provided by the platform.
Service Requester: Any legal entity that registers on the platform to benefit from its services in exchange for a fee.
Beneficiary: The individual to whom the service provider sends documents after receiving them from the service requester.
Region: The country of the service requester.

Subscription Conditions:

The service requester must have the necessary licenses to engage in training or educational activities in their region or fulfill any other requirements mandated by relevant authorities.
The service requester must complete the required information.
Subscription requires a mobile number and email address specific to the service requester. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The service requester is accountable for all actions taken under their account.
The platform must be used in compliance with the laws and regulations of the service requester’s region.
The service provider reserves the right to reject a registration request without providing reasons.
The service requester must provide accurate information and update it regularly.
The platform must be used solely for its intended purpose.

Service Requests:

Once the service provider approves the registration request, the service requester’s account will be active to access the platform’s services.
To utilize the services, the service requester must provide accurate beneficiary data and complete all required fields.
The service requester must select one of the available design templates. Custom designs may be requested at an additional cost determined by the service provider.
The service requester must pay the applicable fees before proceeding with the service request.
The requested service must be associated with the service requester’s commercial registration.

Service Execution:

Upon accepting the request, the service provider will issue the document automatically and ensure its availability on the platform in the best quality.
The service provider will issue an invoice to the service requester.
The service provider may contract with third parties to execute services.
Documents will be stored on the platform for 90 days after electronic delivery to beneficiaries. After this period, a new fee will be charged to retrieve them. If the service requester wishes to store certificates electronically, an annual fee will be agreed upon at the time of service request.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are displayed before service execution and must be paid upon requesting the service.
The service provider may offer special pricing packages.
The service requester has no right to request a refund for any service once it has been used.

Liability and Compensation:

The service provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the service requester for the service.
The service provider is not responsible for errors in beneficiary data submitted by the service requester.
The service provider is not responsible for the relationship between the service requester and beneficiaries.

Security and Privacy:

The service requester acknowledges that their account is personal and is responsible for all activity under it.
The service provider reserves the right to retain data submitted by the service requester to ensure the best service delivery.
The service requester must not engage in activities that disrupt or compromise the platform’s security or harm other users.
The service provider may permanently suspend the service if any of these terms are violated.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, copyrights, source codes, designs, operational methods, logos, and colors, belong to the service provider.
The service requester may not facilitate or assist others in using or reproducing the platform’s content or intellectual property for any purpose, whether for profit or otherwise.
The service provider reserves the right to include the service requester’s logo along with the platform’s logo on issued documents.

Service Modifications:

The service provider has the sole right to modify the platform’s terms and conditions, content, usage method, impose additional fees, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Notifications:

The service provider may send notifications via the platform, email, or the mobile number registered in the service requester’s account.

Service Execution Period:

The service execution period ends once the requested documents are sent for printing and the request is completed by both parties, provided there are no complaints.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms and conditions, as well as any disputes or service violations, are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Riyadh.
